Senior Goodbyes

By James Mann

After four short years high school is coming to an end for our 2017 graduating class.  The countless experiences and memories made will forever be in their hearts. We at the Current OC wanted to give some of these seniors a chance to share their experiences with their fellow students.  What is your favorite memory from OCHS?  “My favorite memory is definitely winning three Emmys for the Current OC,” says Morgan Pfau.  Sebastian Fine says, “It’s meeting my current girlfriend”.  Nana Yao stated, “Definitely, definitely has to be the hershey trip for the choir,” and Juana Parral says, “being able to student direct “A Mid Summers Night Dream” and “Young Frankenstein” for the drama guild.”  Can you name a favorite club experience?  Morgan Pfau, “My favorite club experience would be the two TV Media festivals we had for the TV Media program; they were incredible and something I can look forward to and look back on later in life.” Juana Parral, “Being in the drama guild.” Nana’s favorite experience was the play.  What was your favorite class?  Morgan Pfau’s favorite class is TV Media, Sebastian Fine’s was AP Chemistry, Juana’s was environmental science, and Nana’s was Miss Cunningham’s English class.  In one word, how would you describe your 4 years at OCHS?  Nana said it was, “fantastic,” Juana thought it was, “exciting,” Morgan says it was, “impactful,” and Sebastian thought it was, “effervescent.”  It’s no secret that OCHS has made a lasting impression on all of our lives.
