November 5th is the end of daylight saving time, which means we all get that well-needed hour of sleep. You will need to turn all analog and digital clocks back, but luckily for you, your smartphones will switch automatically.
Daylight saving also helps reduce electricity use. Although the reduction is minimal, it still makes a difference. This change in time allows you to feel more refreshed and ready for your day.
